The location is great, but I can't say much good about the rest. Our old room smelled bad and had hair everywhere. There were no blankets, the toilet made a really strange noise after every use, and the floor was sticky. Street and hotel noise kept us awake at night. The buffet was so poor that none of us ate more than a slice of bread. It felt like a very overpriced hostel, not a hotel.

The courtyard was lovely, but the room itself was just average. We had to switch rooms because the AC didn't work, which was the main reason we'd booked this hotel. The bed was comfortable, though the dusty ceramic floor left our socks dirty. There was hot water in the bathroom, but the soap dispenser was broken, so it was good we brought soap and shampoo. The entrance isn't very clearly marked. Breakfast was okay, with decent coffee and strawberry juice.

The building is historic and the garden beautiful, and the location is very nice. The rooms, though, are old and poor, and far too expensive for what you get. Breakfast was poor as well. One of the worst value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Peru.

The bed was comfortable, but there was no cover on it, and the room was only average. The courtyard smelled bad, was dusty and neglected, and the fountain had no running water. There was no AC, and the internet kept cutting in and out. Sand and dust covered the ceramic floor. The bathroom had hot water, but the shower was aimed right at us and sprayed so hard it hurt to stand under. The soap dispenser didn't work, so we were glad to have brought our own soap and shampoo. There wasn't any drinking water, and the hotel entrance wasn't marked. Breakfast was okay, but nothing was included. We paid, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
