The fridge wasn't plugged in for some reason, and there aren't any outlets beside the bed. Wi-Fi barely works most of the time. The shower water isn't very warm and doesn't come out properly.

The rooms have carpet and heating, which kept them warm. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were so attentive and friendly. The service was excellent.

The location on Bolognesi Square makes it easy to walk to errands in the city's commercial and financial center. This historic hotel shows its age, though the armchairs are comfortable, well kept and reupholstered. The rooms have an old-fashioned look too, and while very clean, the linens are impeccable and some parts show wear. The staff are remarkably friendly, always smiling and ready to help. The included breakfast is American style, and room service costs extra. Wi-Fi is good. They can arrange airport transfers or private transport elsewhere on request. It has the amenities expected of a 4-star hotel, including bathroom fixtures, plenty of towels, and double suite-style rooms with an adjoining sitting area.

The rooms were impeccable, and breakfast service was excellent. Miss Maria at reception gave very good service.
