Ana Frank Boutique Hotel

Frank was welcoming and accommodating, and had good suggestions for local restaurants. The place was tidy and clean, with lovely decor and a calm, relaxing feel. It was also easy to get around the neighborhood from there. We had a really fab stay at AnaFrank.

The common area is beautiful, and breakfast was just what we needed. Our host was friendly and helpful. The rooms have all the essentials, including a comfy bed, blackout blinds, and air conditioning. One of the best places to stay in Lima.

We felt very safe in the ideal Miraflores location, with lots of places to eat within walking distance. Frank was welcoming and helpful, and our early arrival caused no problem. The room was quiet and extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the communal spaces have lovely furniture and artefacts. We had an excellent stay and would recommend it.

Inside, AF hotel feels like a museum, with fine furniture, and it was clean. I had booked a week. The room was large and looked nice, but the stay itself was bad. Its window faced the street, and the noise was awful all night. It was cool outside and freezing in the room. There's no heat, and when I said it was too cold to shower, they wouldn't provide a portable heater. There are cameras around the place, which was okay, but the door jamb didn't sit flush with the wall. I could see through a gap along the door frame into the lobby. When I told Frank I felt uncomfortable with people being able to see into the room, he said he already knew and nobody else had complained. Anne yelled at me and shook her finger at me. I left after one night, but they required me to pay for the full week. Frank and Anne seemed friendly at first, then became rude and forceful as soon as I raised something they didn't want to hear. I recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of nicer options for the same price.
