Casa Águila y Condor

The staff were friendly and kind, mostly young people, but that didn't make up for how bad the place was. It looked clean and perfect online, yet the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and shared areas were shockingly dirty when my family and I arrived for our two-night stay. Breakfast was included, but we had to ask for it. The kitchen was in such poor condition that we didn't even want to eat there. On our last night we had to get up very early, but the same staff made loud noise until 3 or 4 a.m., making sleep impossible despite the posted quiet-hour rules. The price was low and the location was good, but I wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if you need rest and basic cleanliness. Paying a little more seems worth it to avoid such an unpleasant stay.

I got excellent service from the staff and from the other people staying there. This is a place where people stop for a few nights.

The terrace room we stayed in reeked of cigarettes, and I couldn't sleep there. The place was filthy and neglected, nothing like the photos. My pajamas ended up looking as if I'd been in a nightclub. They should be more honest about the pictures, perhaps say they were taken at the opening. Maybe they should advertise it as a hostel for smokers who don't care about the state of the place.
