I’ve stayed here more than once. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are genuinely helpful. Good value for the price and location. A hidden gem.

The room was quiet and we slept well. It’s near the park of the waters, which was the part I liked most. We didn’t get to try breakfast because of the time. We went last night for the suite with the jacuzzi. The room was fine, though it looked smaller in person than in the listing photos. We were tired and didn’t mind much, and it was still large. There was dust, which is a problem for my allergies. After we turned on the jacuzzi bubbles, dirty water and black gunk came out of the drain, so we had to get out. They also didn’t provide shampoo or conditioner, though they should. The jacuzzi issue is why I’m giving it 3 out of 5.

The receptionist was very rude and seemed unhappy to be doing her job. There was no internet in the rooms, and the TV channels were unreliable. The fan was ancient and barely worked. Terrible service.
