It's a budget hotel with facilities that feel worth the price and a very nice staff who provide good hospitality. The location is in a financial business hub, close to a commercial area. Driving from the airport takes 30 to 45 minutes.

The restaurant served good lunch and dinner, and the hotel is in a good area. But the reality didn't match the pictures. The hotel is older, and I was moved three times because of construction noise on the seventh floor. I had to carry my own bags each time, with no help. They then put me on the eighth floor, where that was the only room in service because all the others were being repaired and had no windows, beds, or furniture. After that, I moved again and stayed on the sixth floor. Breakfast was the same all three days. I don't think this is a four-star hotel, maybe three stars, and it felt a little expensive for what they offer.

The rooms were noisy, and there was no view, just a dirty wall and fallen roofing. The bathrooms have been renovated, but everything else felt old, dirty, and run down. Breakfast was identical each day. This is nowhere near a four-star hotel as advertised. I booked a room listed as having two double beds, but the beds were twins, and there were no double beds. The staff wanted to charge me $40 per night for the second person using the extra bed, despite my base rate being for two people. They chose midnight to bring up the extra charge. I tried a sample reservation for two and it was only $4 more, but they still insisted on charging ten times that. When I asked about the promised double beds, the guy offered to move me to a room with one double bed, which was falsely advertised as a king.

The team gave us a very warm welcome, and parking was easy. The room and bed were comfortable. There weren't any outlets near the bed. Nice location in the business center of San Isidro.
