The communal space was nice, and the hallways had all sorts of antiques. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I stayed here with G adventures at the start of the tour. My room was clean and okay for a short stay, though dated and simple. There were towels but no bottled water, and just two bars of soap, no shampoo or body wash. You can ask for a heater, iron, or hairdryer. Wi-Fi was decent. Breakfast was extremely basic, just bread, juice, coffee, and an orange. I paid an extra 8 sol for scrambled eggs and cheese. The shower took a while to warm up and the temperature could fluctuate, but it did the job. There’s no AC, and thin windows facing the main road let in enough traffic noise and honking to wake you. If you come back late after drinking, the front gate may be locked, so you might have to call out for reception to let you in.

We had a great shower, with plenty of hot water for both of us to take a long one. The breakfast was simple but good. Good location, friendly staff, and private secure parking under the building.

The neighborhood feels really safe, and it’s not far from the beach. Staff are very friendly. The area is really good, though the palace and church are far away.

The place seems like it hasn’t been updated in a while, though everything was clean, and my stay was okay. The walls are VERY thin, so you hear everything outside your room. Breakfast was free, with only tea, coffee, juice, rolls, and butter and jam. Wi-Fi in the rooms is very poor.
