There wasn’t Wi-Fi, so I couldn’t watch YouTube on the room’s Smart TV. The toilet paper was also very poor quality. The receptionists were loud and rude, and treated guests badly. The address listed is wrong; it should be Jr. Capac Yupanqui 1037. Please correct it, and replace the staff with friendlier people. Thank you.

The hotel is in a quiet area near downtown Lima. It has parking, and the restaurant offers a good menu at a good price.

The receptionist was very rude. There also doesn’t seem to be much control over who enters. A week ago, I was there with my partner when someone knocked on our door while we were in the middle of something.

The owner yelled at and insulted me instead of speaking normally. The rooms were filthy, and getting to one felt like navigating a maze. There was no hot water or Wi-Fi, and they wouldn’t refund my money when I canceled. It’s the same "Yoly" hotel. The treatment here was the worst I’ve experienced at a place to stay.
