Right in the heart of Lima, this turned out to be a really nice place. The small entrance reminded me of the cute San Martín hostel, with its wooden walls, marble floors, and lavatories. Sadly, that hostel burned down a few years ago and is still waiting for repairs, hopefully soon.

I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The location is also great for taking photos.

The staff were helpful, and the rooms were big. I stayed for one night after arriving in Peru, and it was close to the city center.

The street gets loud at night, with a lot of noise coming in. Apart from that, it was fine: a clean room, a strong shower, and friendly staff.

Possibly the worst hotel stay of my life, and certainly the worst one I’ve had in the past decade.
