Everything else was great. I’m giving it three stars only because the TV service in room 204 had hardly any channels.

There were no toiletries, and the water kept running. We reported it to maintenance several times, but it continued.

The location is central, near La Rambla and within walking distance of the Love Park and the Magic Water Circuit. There’s a 24-hour reception, room service, a restaurant, and a bar/lounge. One guest praised the comfort of a Deluxe room, its mattress, and the clean bathroom. Another found hair in the shower and dead cockroaches in the room. Cleanliness and maintenance have been a concern for some guests. I also saw reports criticizing the service quality.

We came with a Karate delegation for the 2024 World Cup and got such a warm welcome. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and the staff were attentive and on time for check-in. The Wi-Fi was really fast, which helped a lot with my classes. I’d definitely come back.

It’s a very nice place, but I ran into a couple of problems on different visits. The elevator wasn’t working the last time, which was a real hassle for anyone on the 5th floor. Earlier, the sheets hadn’t been washed properly, and it was obvious previous guests had used them for sex. Those details matter, and I hope they don’t happen again.
