It's handy for a stay in Lima, with restaurants, markets, bus depots, and currency exchange nearby.

The bathroom leaked and smelled like sewage. The hotel staff didn't seem to care when I complained about the odor.

Whoever handles the phone first hangs up, then calls back to say there are no rooms. If that's the owner, fine. If it's an employee, she should be fired.
