We came here on two mission trips to Lima and found it a very nice hotel. The location worked especially well for our team: our host Pastor’s home and church, where we gathered before heading out for the day, were just a couple of blocks away. The rooms were nice, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

My parents had stayed here for weeks, so they were really disappointed by what happened when I arrived around 1 a.m. I never even got inside. Lima didn’t feel very safe at that hour, and the receptionist refused to give me a room, saying they were already taken. When I tried to get her attention, another customer came out from the side of the hotel complaining about her. She greeted me with an attitude and immediately told me the room price, which wasn’t what I’d asked. She kept being disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend it. Go to Hotel Meliá instead: excellent service, spotless rooms, and a great breakfast buffet.
