Miraflores Apartments

The staff are very friendly, and breakfast has a great selection. The hotel is nice, though the rooms are a bit small.

The rooms are small, and it’s a long way from the airport. Staff were very nice. The location is handy, with the mall and food court an easy walk across the street.

The room was noisy at night. I could hear someone walking around, enough to interrupt my sleep, though it wasn’t terrible. The Wi-Fi signal in my room was so weak that I gave up and used my phone data. It may be better in other rooms. I was there for just one night and didn’t raise the issues, since the staff probably would have tried to help. The team did make me feel welcome as an ALL Accor member, and they were friendly throughout. It’s a clean budget hotel near the beach, with a view of the water from my room, on the edge of Miraflores’s tourist area. Lots of restaurants are close by. The rooms are small, but there was enough hot water.

The room was dark, with windows that were too small and high up to enjoy much of a view. They also didn’t insulate well against the traffic noise outside. The shower floor felt slimy and slippery, so it didn’t seem very clean. I spent several hours waiting for issues to be fixed: the air conditioning wouldn’t give off heat, and the hot water wasn’t hot enough. The staff weren’t at fault and did what they could. It seemed to be a problem with the hotel’s design.
