A really safe place with a pleasant atmosphere.

A nice park to walk around, with plenty of cats and little shops that are good for tourists and locals alike. Just watch out for scammers who approach people they think look gullible, both visitors and locals.

The landscaping is especially well cared for, with lots of flowers, trees, tidy bushes, and ground cover. There are good walking paths and some interesting places to sit. On Sundays, the art displays are great.
