We felt at home here and would recommend it. Luis and the other workers were always helpful, and the lady owner was super nice and welcoming. The bedroom was comfortable, the shower was great with hot water, and there was a TV too. The location was really good for getting there from the airport and going out on avenida brasil. We’ll come back soon.

The staff made the biggest difference, everyone was so friendly and made sure we felt at home. The place was clean and well located, and I absolutely loved staying here in Lima. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Peru and hope I can return one day.

Señora Flor de María was especially kind and helpful. It’s a clean, well-appointed little place, not far from shops, restaurants, or public transport. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Lima.

I had to check out early the morning after arriving late from the airport. The place was disgusting. The sheets and linens were old, dirty, and smelly, and the floor was filthy, with hair and dirt in the corners. Spiders and cockroaches were everywhere. The bathtub was revolting, with hair and mold. There was no soap in the bathroom, and the closets had no doors or place to hang clothes.
