When a slot machine swallowed my 13 soles voucher and then quit working, I was treated like a thief. Their slot technicians spent an hour trying to repair it, without success. They got the voucher back but still refused to pay me. I had to threaten to call the police. It seems the floor supervisors have no authority to sort out problems. There are plenty of other casinos nearby, so go somewhere that treats customers with dignity and respect.

We felt safe walking around the neighbourhood even after dark, and the hotel is well placed in the Miroflores district, near shops and a short walk from the cliffs above the sea. The staff speak good English, and we liked the food. There are less expensive places nearby, along with pricier options. I stayed here twice during my trip to Peru. Getting to the airport takes a while, and traffic can be difficult. Our drive from the airport to the hotel took about one hour. It’s also a fair distance from Lima’s Presidential Area.

The Inka artifacts make for beautiful decor, and the place is clean, tidy, and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful. A really good hotel.

For the price, this was easily the best hotel around. I spent three weeks here the first time I worked in town, then came back for 30 days. There's a restaurant and bar downstairs. The conchetas la parmengiana are yummy, so don't forget to try them.

Only spent one night here, but the hotel was beautiful. There's also a casino right next door, handy if you like staying up late.
