We paid $140 for a junior suite with a Jacuzzi, Sauna, and welcome cocktails, and it made for a relaxing staycation. Miraflores is right outside the front door, which is a fantastic location. The hotel is old, and the decor looks dated, with some wear showing, but it's clean and well looked after. Very good value.

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, at least. The hotel itself feels and smells old, and the carpet in the room was disgusting. Staff didn't seem happy to be there, and the included breakfast wasn't good. For what they charge, you can find something much better. I wouldn't recommend it.

Our room was run down, and the bathroom had loads of mould. There weren't any towels when we checked in. We had to ask twice before they brought some.

The room was a little dirty and very humid, with a terrible smell. Noise carried between rooms, and the employees' customer service was poor. Not a good experience.

I went to an event Scotiabank organized. It was crowded and dark, and there was no parking. I left empty-handed.
