The room was comfortable, and the shower was great. Bruno at reception was so helpful and welcoming, answering our questions and arranging breakfast to go for the next day because we had an early tour. He even made sure to say goodbye, knowing he wouldn’t see us over the next few days. We checked out 15-30 min before breakfast started, and another gentleman, whose name I’m sorry I didn’t get, quickly made us a hot breakfast. That was amazing, thank you!!! A few tourist spots in the neighborhood were within walking distance, too.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. But the sheets had lots of stains, there was absolutely NO hot water for a shower, and the breakfast promised for our early departure never arrived. With the risk of not being able to shower, it wasn’t worth what they charge.

This wasn’t my choice of hotel, but it’s been convenient. So far, it’s good. The staff are very polite, and the place is cleaner than I’ve seen in a long time, maybe ever.

I had a reservation, but the manager didn’t take it into account and had no rooms available for my stay. The worst customer service and experience. The manager just offered excuses. They also wanted me to cancel the reservation so they’d have grounds to charge my card for a late cancellation.

This was my second stay here. I slept well because the double-glazed window on the same side of the street kept most of the traffic noise out. The staff are friendly, breakfast is great, and the Wi-Fi is fast.
