4/10
The hotel is quiet, and the staff look out for guests. They were also helpful about negotiating taxi fares. I did wonder whether the linen had been washed, though I do think clean sheets are their policy, and it may depend on the housekeeper. Javier was the best, especially if you know a little Spanish. The rooms weren't great, but the staff were helpful. If you're on a budget or trying to save some money, I'd stay here again.

10/10
Tucked into a peaceful part of Lima, the hotel had friendly staff and a large parking garage below. Both the room and lobby were very clean, and there was WiFi throughout. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had.

There are several restaurants a short walk away in a nice neighborhood. The hotel's own restaurant is small but the food is tasty, and breakfast is a good buffet. My room was small, though it had nice amenities. Staff were friendly.

They're updating the rooms and other parts of the hotel. The morning buffet includes eggs made to order by the chef. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the main road. In Lima, car horns seem to go off every day, at least 20 times.

The staff were professional and courteous, and the place felt cozy and quiet. I love this hotel!
