Palmetto Hotel Business San Miguel

Carlos Rodriguez at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everything else was good, but there's no elevator in the adjacent rooms.

The restaurant has a great chef, and I loved the food. The rooms are very small, but the location is very convenient, especially if you need to get to the airport early. It's very close by.

The staff are friendly and understand English, and everything else was great. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out, with clean interiors, and there's a nearby local place serving excellent roast chicken. It's a good hotel very close to Lima airport. The main drawback is that none of the rooms has air conditioning. I might come back if they add it.

The free breakfast was good, and that's what earned the second star. The room was very dirty, with stained carpet that didn't look recently deep-cleaned. A strong dirty-water and sewage smell from the bathroom filled the room. There were several flies when we arrived, which we killed before going to sleep, and spider webs across the bathroom door and ceiling suggested it hadn't been cleaned or serviced recently. There's no air conditioning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially at that low price.
