Breakfast is our favorite part. We love sitting in the colorful garden, and Cesar Alberto Martin is a warm, friendly host. We’ve stayed here three times and have enjoyed it every visit. Before our last Peru Divide cycle tour, the hotel made a great base. They arranged airport pickup for us and our bikes in boxes, then organized a minivan to Carhuaz. The apartments are spacious, have kitchens, and were perfectly clean.

Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh-squeezed orange juice, cut fruit, bread, and eggs. Everything was delicious, almost like a gourmet meal. Caesar was a lovely host. We arrived late, but he still greeted us, helped with our luggage, and made my husband feel welcome even though he doesn’t speak Spanish. Our first trip to Peru went so well, and the hotel our friend suggested didn’t disappoint. The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities. We felt safe in the area, and the mall is within walking distance. I’d highly recommend Peru Star if you’re staying in Lima and want a special experience.

The apartments had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, and the hotel restaurant served delicious food. They also catered to our vegetarian and vegan diets. My colleagues and I stayed at the Peru Star Apart Hotel while in Lima for an international conference at the Delfines Hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and the apartments were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location worked very well, within walking distance of the Delfines Hotel, grocery stores, and a large shopping mall with many banks. There was also a small convenience store down the street and several restaurants nearby. I’d highly recommend the Peru Star Apart Hotel to anyone visiting Lima.

The apartments and grounds are nicely decorated and well equipped. It’s a hidden gem in a great spot, close to everything you need, and the staff and management are superb and always trying to please. This feels like my home in Lima. I’ve stayed at this lovely property several times since my first post, and it keeps getting better. Looking forward to the next trip.

Perú Star is my home away from home in Lima, and the only place I want to stay when I visit. The apartment was light, spacious, comfortable, and well appointed, with lovely views over the pool and gardens. The restaurant and bar had excellent food and drinks. It’s centrally located near lots of good restaurants and shopping areas. Absolutely the best.
