Trendy Host Grau 15 - Barranco

The apartment itself is decent and well located, but I’ve had problems on both stays. You can only reach Trendy Host Grau by WhatsApp, which makes getting anything sorted difficult. During my first stay, the shower’s hot water ran out quickly. It took almost a week to fix, and the microwave plate was broken too. They eventually repaired it, but only after I kept reminding them. I’m writing this during my second stay, after a disastrous check-in that I’d been told would be straightforward. The listing said the room included air conditioning, and I paid for it, but there isn’t any. I complained right away and have now been waiting over two hours in a hot room I didn’t pay for, with no solution. Trendy Host doesn’t seem to care and has stopped replying, perhaps because I’m angry. Wouldn’t you be? Being ignored only makes it worse. I contacted Booking.com, where I made the reservation, and they said they were also struggling to reach Trendy Host. The company accepts bookings but its customer service is unacceptable. They’re ignoring both me and Booking.com instead of fixing the problem. Think twice before staying here.
