Ananay Hotel San Isidro

There are shops close enough to walk to, and the neighborhood feels quiet and safe. The rooms are a little small, though they were clean. The location is the real highlight.

We spent about three weeks in room 507, and Brian was great when we needed help. He even arranged an Uber to the airport when we were leaving. The hotel is lovely, the service was wonderful, and room service from rutina cafe had really good food. It's right in the heart of san isidro, with plenty of places to eat nearby and a Starbucks a few blocks away, handy for business trips. If you want somewhere luxurious without spending too much, this is a great pick. I highly recommend it and will be back soon.

The staff were amazing, and I really liked how quaint and cute the hotel felt. You can find cheaper places, but I’d definitely recommend staying here.

After spending my first few nights in room 1005, which had no view at all and made me feel boxed in, I asked to switch rooms for my last two days. The new room looked out onto two main streets, and it was a big improvement. The staff also seemed much kinder and more helpful after the move. I started ordering food through room service, which was a lot more convenient than eating in the cafe. Earlier in my stay, I waited 45 minutes for a lunch order from the cafeteria, only to overhear that no one had made it. On the first floor, the cafe seems to get everyone's attention, while people coming and going often go unnoticed. I’m not sure anyone is really checking in with guests. The rooms themselves are okay.
