The rooms have balconies with ocean views, which is great for 250 soles a night. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and they also offer lunch and dinner. The location is excellent: cross just one road to reach Punta Veleros-Órganos beach. It’s a peaceful area with a great atmosphere and lovely sea and beach. Rocky's surf school is right there if you’d like to learn. The staff are all very friendly, though the service could be better organized.

They moved us to a much nicer room after a pipe burst in the middle of the night and soaked our things. Our first room wasn’t well located and looked out toward the hill. The house is pretty and well situated, but the customer service needs work. It feels like they’ve turned a lovely house into a hotel without giving enough attention to service.
