We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, and everyone on staff was so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the balcony views were breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Our room was modern, neat, and clean, with a terrace. There’s an outdoor pool and complimentary breakfast, and the food was good. We had a nice mountain view from the window. The staff were kind and generous, and the hospitality was lovely.

For a hotel called five stars, there’s a lot that needs improving. What I got didn’t match what I was told when I booked: there was no AC, no mini bar, and no towel holders in the bathroom, so you had to put a towel over the toilet or hang it on the doorknob. Breakfast was just one option, scrambled eggs, with no changes allowed. No fried or boiled eggs or anything similar.

The new owner was very friendly, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere in a beautiful, authentic building. It’s in a great location and seems geared toward hikers. The restaurant was very good, and breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee.

From outside, the hotel looks like a fort, with a mountain view. The swimming pool is large and nice. A good place for people looking for a vacation.
