I called to book and we agreed on a price, but when I arrived, the hotel wouldn't honor it. The receptionist was rude and refused to find a solution. I was there with my young daughters, exhausted from the trip. I felt discriminated against, maybe because of how I was dressed, or because they thought I wouldn't pay. They wouldn't let me speak with the manager or give me the complaints book, saying I wasn't a guest. I felt shut out and discriminated against. I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel: no empathy and misleading advertising.

The only part I really liked was breakfast. I had read good reviews, but my stay was a disappointment. My room was on the first floor near reception, where the doorbell kept ringing in the early hours and the phone rang constantly. Staff didn't answer, and I had to be told to let me rest. I barely slept. My recommendation: don't accept a first-floor room.

The place was quiet and super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choices: oatmeal, juices, coffee, milk, yogurt, fruit, and bread.

The rooms are really nice, and the service was great. Hot water and breakfast were included. Highly recommended. 👍👍

They promise to send the invoice but don't. After I kept insisting, they finally sent it with whatever date they chose. When you ask for the complaints book, they say they don't have one. Then, because you complained, they tell you they won't accept you as a guest again.
