We booked online and stayed for three nights. The hotel was good for the price, and our kids loved the pool. Our room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. There was a good variety of food at the restaurant, and the posted pictures seemed accurate. The front desk staff, as well as the people serving room service and at the pool, were very nice. We had a very good time and were happy with our stay.

The convenient location, close to everything, and varied restaurant menu made the stay even better. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, and the recreational areas felt welcoming. The staff’s excellent service left one of my best impressions. I travel often and see companies like this, so congratulations, and please keep up the quality. Until next time!

The facilities were good, and the waitress gave excellent service. We got a good portion of tasty food for a price that was neither cheap nor very expensive. There was a lot of noise from loud music in the dining area near the pool. I’d also like the waterfall effect in the pool to be more noticeable.

A good place to stay in Moyobamba, with affordable prices and decent service. Breakfast is included, though there’s no buffet. The internet struggles when there are lots of people, but it’s acceptable overall.
