The room was really clean, and the staff were friendly and did their best to help, even though communicating in English wasn’t very smooth. I arrived in Nazca late and picked this hotel at random, which turned out great. They kept my luggage while I was out the next day, and let me wait at the hotel until my 10:30 pm bus to Cusco. Thanks so much for the help. I highly recommend staying here.

We spent three nights here while we were sick, and it suited us well. The bed was cozy, the bathroom clean and fairly new, and the staff were very helpful.

The taps and shower kept cutting out. I also struggled to communicate about arriving late, getting my laundry, booking a Nazca Lines flight, and other things. They don’t speak English, which left me at a loss. If you don’t speak Spanish, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

There are three floors and no elevator. The shower was cold for the first few days, and they didn’t get it fixed until our last day.
