The place was otherwise clean and nice, but service really let it down. At 8:45 pm the restaurant had no food left, and the bar had run out of drinks. Staff spent 20 minutes trying to find a pizza delivery without much success, so we ended up eating in town. There’s no WiFi in the rooms either.

We had a big family gathering here. The food was top notch, and the drinks and service were great. There are lovely green areas for kids, with lots of wildlife for them to see and interact with. They can also arrange visits to the Nazca lines and local attractions. I strongly recommend it as a great spot in the city.

It was peaceful and laid back, with breathtaking mountain views, and very close to the Nazca lines. I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and nice. My only issues were that the shower water wasn’t warm and breakfast wasn’t ready on time. I guess that happens all over South America.

The room was nice, but the shower didn’t work properly. Some rooms only had cold water, and the mosquitos were really annoying.
