My room had no air conditioning, and the ceiling fan barely moved the air, so it got hot. Still, there wasn't much traffic noise and it was generally quiet. The gardens and atmosphere were lovely, and the shower had hot water.

The room was spotless in every detail. The patio pool area is wonderful, peaceful, and full of plants, flowers, and birds.

We loved the beautiful rooms and shared spaces, and the included breakfast was pretty good. It's near Plaza de Armas and even closer to tourist offices, good restaurants, and souvenir shops. That might be a downside if you're avoiding touristy areas, but it suited us perfectly.

The rooms are to a high standard, and the hotel is within walking distance of the bus station. We arrived at 7:30am after an overnight bus with hardly any sleep, even though check-in wasn't until 1pm. The reception staff were very nice and let us into a room early so we could sleep.

2/10
The room was clean, and the location was convenient, about 200 mts. from the bus station. The advertised buffet breakfast was really poor and disappointing, with very few choices: cold eggs, butter, jam, watermelon and banana that had already turned black, one juice, hot water, coffee, tea, and only evaporated milk. Bread was brought to the table, and we had to ask for ham and cheese, which came in very small portions. The staff weren't helpful.
