Alemao, the manager, and his team were top class. They arranged dinners at places we wanted to try and were attentive and informative about sights and things to do. Housekeeping kept us well supplied, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. My family and I were delighted with the service. We took pictures from our room and of the Pisco drinks we enjoyed.?

We celebrated our anniversary here, and the room was clean, comfortable, and nice. I especially liked the rooftop pool and bar. The hotel is centrally located, and the staff were professional and friendly. Alemao, our concierge, was helpful and warm, and suggested fun activities and places to visit. It was a wonderful stay for us.

The staff were courteous, professional, and friendly, one of the hotel’s strongest points. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with very comfortable beds and good overall quality. Still, rooms nearer street level can be noisy. The brunch was decent, though nothing special. The restaurants felt expensive for what they offered, and there are few shared spaces beyond the rooftop restaurant. There’s no proper outdoor seating area for simply relaxing, and the pool sits within that restaurant, so it doesn’t feel very private or restful. For a night or two when you mainly need a place to sleep, it works well. For a longer visit, I think Lima has better options with more comfort and shared spaces.

The rooftop bar is lovely, and reception were very helpful. Breakfast was OK, with eggs made to order, pancakes, and French toast. I’m not a big breakfast eater. The rooms are a good size, with a lovely walk-in shower, comfy beds, and crisp, good-quality linen.
