We liked it so much that we stayed an extra night. The owners and the family who look after the place, especially Tania, were incredible. They went out of their way for us several times and made us feel genuinely welcome. The beds were crisp and comfortable, the showers were hot with great pressure, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The location was perfect too. I'd happily come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

I planned to stay a week at Cocatambo, but enjoyed Ollantaytambo and the hotel enough to extend my visit. Tania was especially attentive, checking that I was comfortable and helping arrange laundry and a trusted taxi for my departure. The staff made me feel very welcome. My room had lovely mountain views and a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and delicious, and they kindly varied the choices during my longer stay so I wouldn't have the same thing every day. Restaurants, shops, and the main plaza are all an easy walk away. I'll stay here again next time I'm in Ollantaytambo.

A clean, small room and free breakfast made this a handy hotel for a night before or after machupicchu. It's about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which was convenient in the morning.

Breakfast was sublime, and the room and bed were clean and comfortable. The owners were happy to help with anything we asked, from bus information to laundry service. I'd highly recommend staying here.

In the evenings, I could hear the owner's child watching videos loudly on a phone in the lobby from my room. I raised the noise issue with the front desk several times, but it continued on later nights. The front desk staff were friendly, but couldn't fix the unstable shower temperature, which suddenly swung between very hot and cold. Basic things like extra toilet paper, a hair dryer, and a heater weren't in the room and had to be requested at the desk. I can't say I had a pleasant stay, and wouldn't recommend the place.
