It was okay.

The hotel itself was mediocre and had nothing remarkable about it. There are much better options. The receptionist showed false friendliness and didn’t seem concerned about the problem, and the reservations manager, "Brigite," was rude and stubborn. We were very clear about what we wanted, but she still didn’t understand. When she finally admitted her mistake, she offered no good solution. We didn’t get the rooms we requested, even though we had prepaid. They then charged us more and threatened that if we didn’t leave, they would refund our money later, despite us being there with children. Don’t prepay here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL. I wouldn’t even give it stars if I could.

I booked this place because it was the only one available at the time. A tip: choose a hotel with a pool if you want to really enjoy yourself. There’s so much seaweed along the Paracas boardwalk that swimming in the sea isn’t pleasant. For a good beach, go to Playa La Mina.

Paracas is truly beautiful, but the hotel needs plenty of improvement. The reception staff were stern and unwelcoming, and the word “welcome” seemed nowhere to be found. They looked tired of working and need to do better with customer service.
