Daniel, the owner, speaks English, and the hotel was clean, pleasant, and friendly. I booked two rooms over WhatsApp because the direct booking site wasn’t working. We paid the agreed rate of 190+ for each matrimonial room, but I later noticed booking sites had lower prices and even a 30% internet discount that we didn’t receive. I’d forgotten you apparently need to negotiate in Peru. Even so, considering the comfort, cleanliness, and location, I’d recommend the hotel.

They looked after us from arrival right through to departure. The owners were great, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was really good. The service was fantastic, too. They arranged several tours for us, including an indigenous tour, and made sure things went smoothly. They know local people who can help your trip go well, whether you’re on your own or joining a group. It’s a lovely place to begin your stay.

We had the whole hotel to ourselves because our group was so large, which was a treat. There’s a common area upstairs, and the top floor has windows all around with a great bird’s-eye view of the city, a lovely place to gather. The hotel is central, so getting around Pisac on foot is easy. Daniel arranged excursions for us and is well connected in the community. Yanette brings a gentle, lovely feeling to the place, and the staff were attentive and so friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Daniel and his wife Yanette have created a beautiful hotel. Thanks for everything!

I came hoping to enjoy the food, culture, ruins, and traditions, and got even more than I expected. The owners, Daniel and Yanete, took us to special places around Pisac, including great restaurants and shopping, and we had amazing experiences with local people. Our drivers were great as well. The hotel felt like a second home, and we were treated like family. The food was delicious, especially the coffee. It’s only two blocks from the town center, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My heart is full.

This is a home away from home, and one I’ll definitely return to. Daniel and Yanet are wonderful hosts who are always ready to help with what a group or an individual needs. The people working there treat you with such humble kindness and grace that calling them staff feels like a disservice, even if they’re family. The colorful decor is fabulous and welcoming. I keep calling it home when we wander around town, which has a quiet kind of grace too. Thank you for everything you provide, words aren’t enough.
