The staff really made us feel at home, and they were all fantastic. The hotel also has secure locked parking, a well-equipped gym, and a restaurant with delicious food and breakfast. The rooms are modern and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

10/10
The buffet breakfast starts at 6:00am, which worked well for us as travelers. The Gran Palm Hotel also has a pool, fitness room, and meeting room. We enjoyed the restaurant's mix of traditional food and international dishes, plus its cocktails and fresh juice. At night, the pool area feels magical, with soft lighting and comfortable sofas for relaxing. Our room was clean and elegant, with all the comforts we needed. Opening the door to soft lighting and music was a lovely surprise, and we really liked having lots of pillows. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the cool air conditioning was much appreciated in the heat. Staff welcomed us warmly with big smiles, and there was security at the door around the clock, along with a large private parking area. A great stop on our world tour, and highly recommended in Piura.

A basic place with a clean room and a nice pool. The people were kind, though the restaurant was only so-so.
