Inca Perú Hotel

A single room costs 50 soles. The bathroom door handle was broken, so the door wouldn’t stay shut. It’d be good if they fixed it.

My partner and I stayed here a little over a week ago, and mosquitoes were getting in through the bathroom and the door. We were bitten, and I now have dengue fever. Please listen and care about your guests’ health. Fumigate the hotel immediately before anyone else gets sick. Fumigate now!

There was no water, even though taking a shower was the reason I came and the first thing I asked about. They said they were pumping water into the tank, but hours passed without anything being sorted out. They should close the place if they can’t provide a basic service like water. I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE.

The location worked well for me: Plaza de Armas was a 10-minute walk, Plaza Vea was 7 minutes away, and being near the Bolognesi roundabout made it easy to find. I didn’t check for corner stores nearby. The place is clean and well equipped, with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, hot water, and laundry facilities, though I didn’t use the laundry. I stayed in a double room for 55 soles and a single for 45 soles. The bathroom drain smell was much more noticeable in the single than in the double. They do clean the rooms, and left mine spotless even though I’d made a mess. Payments are flexible, but Visa isn’t accepted, so it’s cash only. For affordable prices, it’s a clean place close to amenities. There’s sometimes a smell from the bathroom drain.
