The walls are thin, so noise may bother you if you're sensitive to it. There's just one elevator and there was a lot of waiting. I asked several times for a quiet room, but they only listened after I got nervous. There was banging and construction noise. The fried potatoes were cooked in an unhealthy, margarine-like oil, and the pineapple juice was 80% water. After traveling for 40 hours, this was especially frustrating. I won't come back.

The room was spacious and even the entry-level one had a bathtub. It also came with coffee and tea, a fridge, safe, iron, extra blanket, a big flatscreen TV, and water. The property is beautiful, with a lovely pool, a small indoor area and garden. It's four-star quality with excellent amenities, and the price is great compared with other four-star places nearby. What really impressed me was how pet friendly it is. They had a bed, dog dishes, a mat, a bag with plastic poop bags, and puppy pads for my dog. I've stayed at five-star luxury hotels that did less for the two of us. I'm thrilled I chose this place. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere else, and it's definitely my first choice in this area!

Everything is close by, with markets, shops, and restaurants about a five-minute walk away. Our room was very neat and the service was amazing. Great hotel right in the middle of everything. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a vacation stay in Pucallpa!

I slept well, used the gym, and enjoyed the food. It was a perfect stay, I'd come back anytime!

The hotel's people really made the stay for me. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the flexible reception team to the restaurant staff, who went out of their way to help. I had dietary needs, eating a diet and vegetarian, and they always did their best to adapt. Special thanks to Barbara for her kindness, she made me feel at home. The spa ladies were always lovely and accommodated my last-minute sauna requests. Casa Andina is in a great location and has good facilities, comfortable clean rooms, great food, and a great gym and sauna for self-care. I highly recommend it for a stay in Pucallpa!
