The service was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. They even brought hot water bottles to the room each night. The rooms were clean and modern, and breakfast was really good. One of my favorite stays in South America, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run place. It feels better than a hostel, with comfortable rooms, warm bed covers, very hot showers, and everything kept clean. Staff were helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was just right for the morning, nothing fancy, and you can leave your bags in storage if you’re heading out on a trek. The hot water bottle each night was lovely, and they packed us lunch when we had an early start for Rainbow Mountain. Highly recommend!

We liked it enough to book again after our tour. It was great value, quiet, with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The early breakfast was especially handy for our early tours.

After a long night of flights and layovers, I arrived at 7:30am and expected to wait in the lobby until check-in. Within an hour they had a room ready, so I was asleep in a comfortable bed by 8:30am. I’d already paid, but the manager noticed they’d put me in a slightly smaller room than I’d booked and offered me a discount. That kind of service is rare, and the staff really helped make my trip as good as it could be. Comfortable bed, nice hot shower, and breakfast was above average for this clase of accommodation. Highly recommended. Thank you, Dreams House 🙏🏼

The 4th-floor appartment gets plenty of natural light and has laundry machines, which is great for a longer stay. Staff were very kind and supportive, and the breakfast was lovely, worth every penny 🙏💖.
