Boton de Oro Hotel

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I thought it was good value for money. I had a couple of problems, though: the TV connected to the internet but still had no connection, and the invoices I requested took a while to be issued.

Moving in was a bad decision. There was no hot water, the shower had no faucet, the remote control didn't work, the air conditioning was out of order, and the toilet lever was broken, which was the worst part. The cleanliness was beyond words.

I paid 80 soles for a double room with air conditioning, a good price. Other hotels have told me they don't have air conditioning. This place was friendly, and although I paid for five days and stayed only two, the receptionist kindly refunded me. There are lots of amenities, and the mattress was very good, not plastic or anything like that. I had a very good experience and highly recommend it for the price.

We arrived in town without booking a hotel, and a local brought us here. It's well located, close to the "public market" and all the shops, and there's parking for a motorcycle. The service was great, the bed comfortable, and there was air conditioning. Breakfast came with fresh juice, and they sell drinks like water and soda too. My only complaint is that there was no elevator. The only room available was on the fourth floor, so we had to carry all our luggage up, but that's a small detail. I recommend it.
