The rate had gone up, and the rooms feel old. We paid for a two-person bed but got a small double instead. They said our room had air conditioning, but it wasn't working. We waited 30 minutes for a technician to confirm it was broken, then they moved us to a room on the third floor, even though my partner was seven months pregnant. They refused to refund us. Later we heard there had recently been an attempted homicide at the hotel, which would explain the broken glass.

It's nothing special, but it does the job.

The double room was reasonably priced, and Grace at reception was friendly. The rooms were clean, though I didn't notice hot water in the shower. It's a pleasant place to unwind, especially with Mercado Modelo nearby for breakfast or lunch and pharmacies close by.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. It's also right in the center. Highly recommend it.

It's expensive, and they don't speak Spanish. I mean, they don't want to be with me; they think I only speak English. I don't go to those stupid places. Speak normally, not like a tourist!
