We booked four nights and checked out almost immediately. The room had no proper walls, just windows onto the hallway, so people could watch me sleep. Street-facing windows didn't shut properly, and with the traffic and noise outside, sleep was impossible. Some blind panels were missing too. There was major water damage on the wall, the bathroom lights didn't work, and we got just one towel for two people. The entrance felt like walking into a strip club, and the place looked nothing like the photos. A few other things: staff only spoke Spanish, despite the booking site claiming multilingual staff; there was no breakfast, even though the site listed it; no airport ride was available despite what we were told when booking; and there was no room service either, although that had also been promised. I could go on, but you get the point. Don't book this hotel.

I fell on the slippery stairs, and the staff were rude and uncooperative. The shower had blood spatters and looked like it hadn't been cleaned. They gave me no towel, tried to short-change me, and the fan provided didn't work. Avoid this place.

We booked a night for my husband and me, but at first they couldn't find our reservation. That was fine, they made a new one for the same price. The first girl said breakfast was included, which was also stated on our booking, on the reception wall, and on several websites. Later that evening, another girl said it wasn't included and wanted 10 soles per person. When we asked why all the listings said it was included, she just repeated that it wasn't and gave no explanation. We thought she might have wanted the money for herself. The internet didn't work, and we only got one towel. It wasn't worth the price. You can find a better, cheaper hotel.

I asked for an iron so I could go to work, but they refused. They also skipped the cleaning that was due that day after I said I wouldn't be staying longer. I won't be bringing my group of eight people in early May now. They need to be more courteous 👎👎👎
