The lobby looked nice, so we arrived excited, but there was no internet or Wi-Fi despite their claim to offer it. They also said to leave the shower running for 20 minutes before it would get hot, which felt like such a waste. We were quoted one price when booking and then the receptionist charged us more. Dinner at the restaurant had only three choices, while breakfast was okay. I wouldn't stay again; there must be better places in Puerto Maldonado.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, and the AC worked perfectly. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making the beds, tidying our room a bit, and leaving fresh towels each day. For a hot shower, let the water run for a little while first.

We were allowed to change our booking without an extra charge, and the staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Our deluxe suite was very comfortable. The breakfast was decent, and the pool was a nice place to pass any spare time before going to the airport. I'd definitely come back.

The pool and restaurant were really nice, but we ended up in three different rooms. Some had a brand-new fridge, while getting hot water felt like a gamble. The curtains let in the light, so they'll wake you up in the morning.

We came hoping to rest after a few days in the jungle, but ended up leaving. Avoid room 201: there's nonstop hammering from 7am to 8pm because an engineer shop next door works on machines. Even with the windows shut, traffic noise carries all day and night. The bed and sheets weren't good quality, and the location is a bit far out. Breakfast was great and the pool was fine. A review posted before mine persuaded me to book, so I wanted to give a more realistic picture. I found another place for less, with a better location and room.
