The crew were really cool, and the location worked well for excursions on Titicaca and for getting to the bus terminal.

It's a two-year-old building, but the rooms are tiny and have very few electrical outlets. Some bathrooms have no shower enclosure, so water spreads outside the shower. The beds have little cushions instead of pillows, and the towels are too small. There are no towel racks, soap dishes, or hooks for clothes. The person looking after us was curt and seemed uninterested.

We had a serious problem during our stay. On June 4th, $300 and some clothes were stolen from our room. When we raised it with the manager, he said it had happened before and that he didn't know how to deal with it. The accommodation itself was quite good, and the shower worked, although there was no curtain. Still, I can't recommend staying there given what happened.

The bathroom had no curtain, so shower water ran out onto the floor. Even so, we stayed in the room, though there was no cable TV or hot shower. The rain had left conditions less than ideal. Booking had canceled my reservation, but we stayed anyway and were charged less. It worked out fine.
