We stayed for two nights and really liked the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and smelled nice, and breakfast and Wi-Fi were fine. The shower usually wasn’t very hot. You can park for free on the street. 😁

The breakfast was only available until 8 a.m., and the eggs made us sick. We also couldn't get into our room before 1 p.m. without paying an extra $25. The hotel's location was poor and it felt deserted. Puno has plenty of other places to stay, so I really wouldn't recommend this one.

Antonio, the hotel manager, and the staff made us feel right at home. Everyone was attentive and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, breakfast was a generous buffet, and the location is handy, about 500 meters from the Plaza de Armas. The rates are affordable and include the amenities you need. A great base for a stay at Lake Titicaca, highly recommend it.
