The surroundings are outstanding, with lush green scenery, birds, waterfalls, and mountains. It's a very clean, comfortable place to stay in Quillabamba.

The staff were very friendly, but the rooms could use some attention. Drinks are available, though there's no food, which is too bad in such a remote location.

It's a shame, because the place is otherwise peaceful. At night I had to beg someone to kill an insect in the room. The bathroom also wasn't fully working, and it took from 7am until 11am for them to finish fixing it. Thanks to the receptionist, the issue was resolved.
