The location worked well, about a ten-minute walk to the plaza, with many restaurants nearby and moto taxis easy to find at any hour. Reception was friendly and helpful. Our room was quite small and near the pool. On both nights we stayed, parties in the restaurant and lounge areas were loud. The AC worked well, but with only a sheet on the bed, it was hard to get comfortable, either too cold or too warm. The buffet wasn't as good as I expected. There were hard-boiled eggs, home-fry-style potatoes, arroz chairs, plantains, bread for ham and cheese sandwiches, and cereal with yogurt. The fresh juice was delicious, but I would've liked more fruit options than watermelon and papaya chunks.

The balconies and rooftop bar had amazing city views, and all the food we tried was delicious. Miguel was especially helpful to me and my family. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were quiet and spacious, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. I'd add hot water to the showers and blankets on the beds.

Breakfast is served buffet-style, though there aren't many vegetarian choices. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the staff are organized and professional. The accommodation was amazing, apart from the very loud music at the rooftop bar on Friday and Saturday nights, which went on until midnight.

For a three-star hotel, I'd give it four stars. The shower and towels were great, and the restaurant, AC, staff, and airport shuttle were good too. They also greeted me with a tasty drink. I would've liked a light blanket and maybe an extra pillow, but I was there only one night and could have asked.

The hotel is beautiful and has nice views, but I wasn't satisfied with reception or the poor customer service, especially around transportation to the airport.
