We could park our motorbike inside, which was great. The room was huge, with a hot shower, and everything felt amazing by Peruvian standards. Breakfast was included and much appreciated, and the service was lovely too : )

The room had a moth in it, and there were flying insects in the bathroom sink. There was just one light, bright like a laboratory, with no bedside lamps or smaller lights, which was disappointing for a "4" stars hotel. I had to search around to find the hidden plugs. The reception staff quoted prices that differed from the booking, and said same-day reservations through booking weren't possible. Loud lobby music could be heard all the way in the room, so I asked twice for it to be turned down. Breakfast was mediocre at best. There's no air-conditioning, just a fan, and the pool was dirty in the morning with insects and leaves on top. I don't recommend this hotel to travelers.

On my first visit, I had a fantastic stay. The room jacuzzi and pool were great, and the hotel was clean. The staff were nice, the food was amazing, and it's close to the city. An amazing experience!

After the long trip to Quillabamba, I tried the jacuzzi and it was great. The hotel has a lovely view, it's very clean, and the customer service was great. Breakfast was delicious too. Everything was excellent! Thank you!!
