The family running the place were so welcoming, and breakfast was a highlight. The juice tasted fresher and more natural than any I’ve had. The room was comfortable and clean for the most part, though there was a little dirt on one comforter. Sound from outside comes right through the window, including music, thunder, people, and dogs, so sleeping was a bit difficult. With the limited hotel choices nearby, I’d still stay here again.

It felt like staying with a kind, distant great-aunt. Our host was very sweet and attentive, and even let us linger at the dining tables with drinks from the nearby convenience store after we ate freshly roasted chicken from across the street. The beds looked clean, the bathrooms were spacious, and breakfast was freshly prepared and filling. We only stayed briefly, arriving in the evening after heading to the spa and spring waters, then leaving early the next morning for Cusco. A simple, nice hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they kept our bikes and luggage while we trekked to Machu Picchu from hydroelectrica. The room was modern, had all the amenities, and was one of the best I’ve stayed in. Great service, and easy to find as you enter Santa Teresa, at the first left in the village. Thank you!

During my four-day trip to Machu Pichu, this was the hotel that stood out most among the places I stayed. I was glad my tour operator booked it. The service and amenities were really good, and having a TV and WiFi made it feel luxurious and like home. The service was good too.

I’d booked the wrong date at first, but they still found me a room. I was hoping to go to Machu Picchu the next day, so the owners arranged a taxi. Then I got sick and couldn’t make the trip. They really tried to help me figure out another way to go, but I felt too bad to travel. They let me keep the room until my bus back to Cusco. Really wonderful people!
