Bungalows HyE

It’s quiet here, without the loud music and noise you get at some other bungalows. The grounds and pool were clean, and the staff were friendly.

I enjoyed the hotel, though there are a few things they should improve. The pool needed cleaning, and insects can get into the rooms. We found a big spider in ours and it frightened us.

We were so shaken by the night that we left as soon as it got light. The place was filthy, with dead bugs on the floor, cobwebs everywhere, no hot water, and terrible pillows. The cold bar was rusty inside and smelled awful. My family and I have never stayed somewhere worse. It was pouring, or we would have left the moment we arrived. We messaged the person who checked us in and took our payment right when we entered the rooms, but got no reply. If I could, I’d give the place zero stars.

We came for the national holidays and wished we hadn’t. The service was terrible, and the rooms they gave us were very dirty, with cobwebs, old curtains, and uncomfortable mattresses. The bathroom was disgusting, with stains on the tiles. I made the mistake of ordering breakfast. The food had traces of burnt oil, and the meat was tough and dry, so I couldn’t finish it. Be careful, the advertising makes this look like a great place, but you can find better for the price.
