The reception and first floor look modern, but the rooms need a lot of maintenance. The building is only five years old, which makes the neglect stand out. The value for money isn't great, though with so few choices in Sullana, it's still a workable option.
A decent choice if you're just stopping over in Sullana, with good service. I paid extra for breakfast because it wasn't clear whether it came with the room.
Just a block from Sullana's central plaza and the Malecón, where the sunset view is beautiful. It felt safe and pleasant, whether you're visiting for work or leisure. A great place to spend the night, highly recommended.
I accidentally sent an extra payment through Yape, and despite asking several times, I still haven't got the 150 soles back. It's been almost two weeks with no reply! It seems they care more about keeping that money than protecting their reputation. Be careful, especially with the supposed manager who takes Yape payments, FABRIZIO DELLEPIANI REGGIARDO!
My company paid 121 soles for a double room so I could rest during my stay, but I couldn't get any rest. There was a door connecting my room to another, where people were talking loudly. I asked reception to move me for the privacy that had been paid for, but they said management wasn't answering and couldn't change my room. Terrible service.
